Bugle A suffer damaging defeat to leave there chances of runners up spot in the balance

Pelynt kept up there great run of form as they beat champions elect Bethel A by 3 frames to 2 to enhance there own chances of getting the runners up spot

Mevagissey A got a much needed victory at home to St Neot leaving there opponents looking over there shoulders at the relegation zone

Steve Courts and Darren Lock put St Neot 2 up after home to Bugle A but the game turned right around as Andrew Best Jake Moore and Gary Spencer all won moving the Bugle boys back into second place in the league.

Mevagissey B will feel hard done by after a 4 1 home defeat to Bethel D losing out on 3 of the 4 black ball finishes on the night Liam Jones, Steve Benallack Jason Pascoe and Geoff Hawken all won for the away side with Matt Mills beating Ross McMenemy to get the solitary home point.

Garry Stephens beat Nigel Doble in the opener to put Bethel ahead but wins for Len Flower Andrew Gooch who knocked in breaks of 40 and 30 against Mark Ashton and Richard Broad put them 3 1 up but Bob Stephens sneaked past John Daniell in the last pulling a frame back.

Gary Spencer got them off to a good start beating Geoff Hawken but Steve Benallack potted well to beat Kieren Pearce then Jason Pascoe’s superb blue to black clearance saw him beat Jake Moore then Justin Oxenham was very unlucky to lose out to Geoff Hawken who was playing his 1 extra game a season on the Black and a no show by there 5th player gave Ross McMenemy a walkover.

St Blazey A all but secured promotion with a 3 2 win at Lerryn and only need 2 points from there remaining 2 games to be crowned champions. Wins for Stuart Dewings Andrew Kitt and Chris Brown got the win with Terry Middleton and James Stephens replying.

Tregonissey B got a great 4 1 win at Gorran Haven and look good for the runners up spot. Lee McKinstry got the home side off to a good start beating Mark Haworth but Ryan Orchard Kyle Bennetts Darren Roberts and Nathan Taylor all chalked up big wins for the visitors
Mark Ferguson unluckily went in off the Black in the final frame to gift Darren Biggen and Bethel B victory against Mevagissey C by the odd frame.

Ben Baker and a great brown to pink clearance by Adrian Evans got Meva’s points with Craig Nicholls and Ady Dyche getting the other home wins.

League sponsor James Smithson got Bethel C off to a good start at Bugle B by beating Mike Williams but Keith Moore levelled things up beating Ben Stunell Howard Brett put the visitors back in front cruising past Colin Rundle but Mark Stuthridge making a rare appearance beat Roger Smithson on the Black leaving Dave Rundle to get his teams win by beating Leigh Rosevear.
